Overview
Project Solutions Group has provided Project, Construction, and Relocation Management Services to Servcorp since 2013. Servcorp is an Australian-based company, and leading provider of high quality Executive Suites and Virtual Offices with over 160 locations globally.
PSG has managed projects in Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, and most notably Freedom Tower, at One World Trade Center (WTC) in New York City. We managed these tenant interior projects as part of Servcorp's national expansion program.
Project Highlights
PSG coordinated with Servcorp’s Australian Headquarters on pre-contract work, including submission of Landlord Approval, management of client-supplied materials/contractors, and all services to the building, furniture supply, and financial management.
Servcorp offices are known for their high-end finishes, extravagant artwork, and beautiful views. Their offices are designed with acoustic privacy, granite floors, custom millwork, and wool broadloom carpet.
We managed Servcorp projects around the globe, ranging from a Leed Gold space on 85th floor of the World Trade Center (WTC), to a 20-story building in London managing 800 construction workers on 20 floors.
PSG was the Project/Construction Manager for office expansions in high-rise buildings in key cities across the United States. In Boston and Los Angeles, we added forty-three and twenty-two new suites respectively.
